Paul Stubbs

Paul Stubbs is a director at Edward Hands and Lewis and, along with our other solicitors in Leicester, delivers the excellent level of service for which the firm has become known.

He specialises in civil litigation, commercial litigation and employment law and is one of our advocates of transparent pricing – another of our commitments to our clients.

Paul qualified as a solicitor in 2005, but worked before that for a Midlands firm where he was in sole control of a large litigation caseload which spanned the full range of complexity.

Emma Popat

Emma studied law in Birmingham and returned to the Leicestershire area after graduating in 2005; she joined Edward Hands and Lewis in 2007 and qualified as a solicitor in January 2010.

Her professional commitments include membership of the Leicestershire Junior Lawyers Division, a group which represents trainees, students, paralegals and solicitors in Leicester and its surrounding area.

Emma specialises in personal injury law and civil litigation.

Andrew Kempson

Andrew joined Edward Hands and Lewis in October 2010 and moved from his home town of St Ives to Leicestershire to work for the firm. Andrew joined Edward Hands & Lewis as a Paralegal and has since received a training contract with the firm.

Andrew studied at the University of East Anglia and completed his LPC at Nottingham Law School. He also spent some time studying at Lund University in Sweden!

Outside of work Andrew enjoys socialising, and spending time with family and friends.

Rebecca Gunn

Rebecca has lived, studied and worked in the Leicestershire area her entire life; graduating from Leicester’s De Montfort University in 2007.

She joined Edward Hands and Lewis in May 2010 and has become a firm fixture in our Leicester office.
