Our Market Harborough Solicitors’ Services
Our team of solicitors in Market Harborough can handle any aspect of law, with Jason Hathaway heading up EHL’s commercial division and Edward previously working in the company’s corporate department alongside our solicitors in Leicester.
The advice we offer to commercial clients ranges from setting up a business to acquiring an existing company, recruiting staff – or making redundancies – acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, and all aspects of employment law.
However, we can also provide services for non-commercial clients on issues such as will-writing, conveyancing of residential property, pre-nuptial agreements and divorce.
Whatever your legal needs, call the office on 01858 419 891 or email info@ehlsolicitors.co.uk and a member of our team of Market Harborough solicitors will be happy to talk through your options.
Meet the team:
Jason Hathaway
Jason is managing director of Edward Hands and Lewis and also heads up the company’s commercial division.
Originally from Kent, he has lived in Leicestershire since 1999 and ran his own niche commercial law practice alongside a colleague prior to joining EHL.
He joined the company as managing partner in August 2007 and has since tirelessly pursued his ambition of making EHL the leading group of solicitors in Leicestershire.
Jason was locally educated, completing a law degree at Leicester University in 1996, completing his LPC in 1999 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2002.
Jason Waghorne
Jason is one of the solicitors in Market Harborough with the best knowledge of the local area and of Leicestershire as a whole, having lived in the region for more than 17 years.
He studied Law and Economics at the University of Leicester, graduating in 1996, and has since worked in both the financial services industry and the legal profession.
Despite a keen legal mind and passions for both golf and hockey, he is also a family man, a fine balance that goes some way to explain why he is so popular among his clients.
Edward Webb
Edward joined EHL in April 2010 and served as a legal assistant in our instantly recognisable solicitors’ office in Loughborough, The Law Shop, before moving over to work with our corporate solicitors in Leicester.
He has now moved to the Market Harborough office, where he is a trainee solicitor – a long way from the week of work experience he originally did with the company following his LPC.
Edward is another keen sports fan, with interests in golf, snooker, cycling and running, as well as in musical instruments including the piano and guitar.
