The last step is pretty simple. The full purchase price of the house is transferred to the seller’s solicitor and the seller leaves the key with the estate agent. After the funds are received, the key is released to you.

Once we receive the funds, they will be released to the new owner. We will use the money to clear any outstanding fees accrued during the process and also offset the remainder of the mortgage. The balance is then sent to you.
