Minimum Wage increase October 2013

From 1 October 2013 the minimum wage for workers will increase as follows:

For workers aged 21 and over the minimum wage will increase to £6.31.

For workers aged between 18 and 20 it will increase to £5.03.

For workers aged under 18 but above the compulsory school age who are not apprentices it will increase to £3.72.

The rate for apprentices will increase to £2.68.
