Time Limits for claiming on accidents at work

UK Law states that you have 3 years in which to file a claim for an accident at work. If you have had an accident at work that was over 3 years ago you may be time-barred from making a claim and you may not receive compensation.

This deadline starts from the date that the accident occurred or from the date you realised your injury was associate with work.
