In an area which is highly populated with residential homes a planning application has been granted to change the use to a hair salon. The building is a two-storey house which is located amongst various types of residential buildings, however planning permission has been granted to allow the house to be used as a hair salon.

The planning application was submitted in Bradford in a location which is surrounded by many residential homes. Although planning permission has been granted it is subjected to no alternations to the face of the building. This will mean the owners of the hair salon will not be allowed to advertise and change the exterior of the property which will mean the property will be kept in line with other houses within the area.

The planning officers report suggested the proposal is not due to have any adverse implications on the area or surrounding local centre which is the reason for the approval. While some are questioning the new proposal which has been granted it is good to see businesses looking to take chances in a time where the market is not as stable.
