As an established practice with 110 years of history Edward Hands & Lewis has helped train and develop staff in both fee earning and support roles.

The firm is committed to developing its staff in-house. We are members of a number of training organisations and regularly hold in-house courses to support staff development. We also encourage all our staff to become involved in the community in which they operate.

With a structured and regular appraisal system all staff are given clear objectives and a career path. We recognise the importance of maintaining continuity and our desire to retain our staff is reflected in our reward structure.
