Recruitment Procedure

As a practice we look to recruit motivated staff and you will be expected to demonstrate that you have a passion for the law and for working for a firm of our type. All candidates are expected to undertake thorough research into the firm and will be asked at interview what they know about the firm and its values.

All interviews are a two-stage process and may include other forms of testing. Good grammar and the ability to present an argument are essential.

If you are an agency looking to contract with the firm, you are advised that all arrangements must be on our purchase terms which will be sent on request. We expect all of our suppliers to have a thorough understanding of the firm and the type of candidate we are looking for.
