Liz started working for a firm of Solicitors approximately 22 years ago supporting a conveyancing lawyer. She quite quickly realised that this was a profession which she enjoyed and wanted to continue in and began her exams to qualify as a Legal Executive, now a Chartered Legal Executive. In 2002 she completed her exams to become a member of the Institute of Legal Executives and then became a Fellow of the institute in 2004. Liz has continued in conveyancing since qualifying, enjoying quite a few years working at Sheltons Solicitors.
Since October 2016 Liz has worked for Edward Hands & Lewis solicitors and as part of the residential conveyancing department, deals with all aspects of conveyancing to include sales, purchases including leasehold, right to buys, deeds of gift, transfers of equity, equity release, remortgages and claims for adverse possession. She has gained many years of experience in conveyancing and on occasion has also dealt with some commercial property transactions.
