Step 1 – Initiate

Step 2 – Receive draft contract

Step 3 – Searches and investigation of title

Step 4 – Report

Step 7 – Completion of Conveyancing process

Step 1 – Initial instructions

Step 6 – Agree on a completion date

Once the buyer and his solicitors are happy with the responses, you can agree on the signing and a completion date.

Step 7 – Exchange of contracts

During this step, we will request for a final redemption statement from your lender, receive the deposit amount from the buyer’s solicitors and the contracts will exchange hands. This will make the entire process and the completion date legally binding.

Step 8 – Conveyancing process for selling a house (finish)

When we have received the full balance of the agreed purchase price on the completion day, you’re required to leave the keys with the estate agents. The keys will be only released to the buyer once we confirm receiving the money. We will then clear any mortgage balances and costs related to the transaction and send the rest of the money to you.
