Unfortunately the relationship between a Landlord and their Tenant can  break down and disputes can arise, whether it be due to rent arrears or the conduct of the individuals in respect of the property they are living in.

From a Landlords perspective particularly, it can be very frustrating if a Tenant begins to cause them problems or falls into rent arrears, after all the landlord has no doubt made a commercial decision to let the property for financial gain.

This may result in the Landlord deciding that they would like their Tenant to vacate the property and perhaps owe any sums which are due to them in respect of rent.  This is where the landlord will require legal assistance to ensure they are complying with the rules and regulations on this procedure.

Our team of Litigation specialists are experts in dealing with these matters and are here to help.  This may involve serving the correct type of notice on the tenant to vacate the property initially.  Interestingly the Law has recently changed in this area, making it slightly easier for these notices to be served.
