Alan Shackleton - Litigation

Born in 1956, in Yorkshire, Alan was first a career linguist, teaching in Belgium, Sweden, Germany and Italy.

Qualifying as a solicitor in 1988, he was a senior litigation solicitor and partner in large firms in the City of London and Manchester, arriving at Pricketts in 2007 after a period in-house with a multinational.

He has taught law (Advanced Commercial Litigation) at Sheffield University and is a qualified commercial mediator.

Alan’s practice areas are:
