About me

I assist the conveyancing team throughout the journey of a purchase, sale, or re-mortgage. I am responsible for maintaining a rapport with clients, updating all parties involved and ensuring the process runs smoothly. From issuing contracts, assisting with enquiries, exchanging and completing on matters, chasing lenders and contacting Estate Agents, I have dipped my toes in to many of the waves of the conveyancing process. Since graduating De Montfort University in 2013, I have built a career in customer services. I moved from the NHS into conveyancing with EHL in the summer of 2022, and in this time have made it a mission to understand the nooks and crannies of conveyancing. Having a plan of action is, for me, the best way to achieve a goal. I strive to ensure that communication is consistent and offer clients to ask any queries they may have. I am aware that I work within a well-respected team and it is my daily mission to ensure EHL values are reflected in my work.

Hobbies and interests
Outside of the office, I spend my time reading, and run a mildly successful book blog. Weekend breaks, exploring parks with my dog and attending concerts are also quite high on my list of interests.
