We believe you should understand exactly how you will be charged before you instruct us. The options below explain how our fees may be structured depending on the nature of your matter.
Fixed Fee
Certainty from the outset — one agreed price for a defined scope of work.
Hourly Rate
Billed at our published rates for the seniority of the fee earner on your matter.
Damages-Based Agreement
We take a percentage of any damages recovered — no win, no fee.
Conditional Fee Agreement
A 'no win, no fee' arrangement with an agreed success uplift if your matter is won.
Insurance / Loan Options
After-the-event insurance or legal expense funding for eligible matters.

Our fees cover all work required to complete the sale or purchase of your property, including dealing with registration at the Land Registry and paying any Stamp Duty Land Tax on your behalf.

Our debt recovery service covers claims up to £100,000. Costs are dependent on the complexity of the matter and whether defended court proceedings become necessary.
Key Information
- Applicable for debt recovery claims up to £100,000.
- Court fees are calculated at 5% of the claim value for claims exceeding £10,000.
- Straightforward undefended matters typically complete in 10–20 weeks; contested matters 30–52 weeks.
- All hourly rates are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
