I have worked in the legal sector for over 25 years, specialising in Private Client work and supporting individuals and families with clear, practical advice during important and often sensitive moments in their lives. My work includes advising on Wills and Inheritance Tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Deputyships, Applications for Grants of Probate and Grants of Representation, and Estate Administration. I work on a hybrid basis covering Bulwell and Hucknall in Nottingham and South Leicestershire, offering home visits where needed, face-to-face appointments in both Nottingham offices, and telephone or virtual meetings. Private Client matters can be deeply personal, particularly when clients are facing difficult or emotional circumstances, so I place great importance on providing a service that is professional, patient, caring and understanding.
