I have worked for a number of years in customer facing roles. I believe a smile goes a long way in making a client feel at ease and hope they can approach me about any subject including the team in which I work alongside with. Also my role includes quoting, post, payments, arranging for all Welcome Packs to be sent out to the client and other admin duties.
